Since June 2002, Ms. Inna Gordin is a marketing and
advertising manager in a small, but well-known and established
Internet services firm,
Intermedia.NET, Inc., that offers
Web, Exchange and Application hosting to Small to Mid-sized
businesses. Ms. Gordin is responsible for developing direct
response media campaigns including planning, purchasing and
management. With her strong analytical and management skills
and aggressive optimization techniques, Ms. Gordin constantly
increases ROI and decreases CPA across all offered products.
Gordin has introduced to the company’s marketing department a
new level of Search Engine Marketing as well as multiple
performance tracking techniques. Working together with Sales
Management and Support Supervisors she has been able to
establish a higher level of feedback provided by customers and
has been working on improving company’s CRM efforts. Ms.
Gordin is responsible for all Public Relations and Brand
development efforts as well as design and development of
company’s website and online tools.

Prior to the
current position, from September 2000 to June 2002, Ms.
Inna Gordin was the manager of a marketing department of DataPeer, Inc. She managed a team of seven people and was
responsible for all marketing activities, including: corporate
Web site development, the promotion of brand awareness, and
the overall development of DataPeer’s corporate image and
creative approach. She used her expertise with user interface
design both to accomplish these tasks and to lead DataPeer’s
product development. Ms. Gordin was fully responsible for
media placements and had managed a marketing budget of over
$2,000,000 per year. As a manager, Gordin contributed to all
company-wide decisions and reported directly to a CEO of
DataPeer, Inc.

Prior to that, Ms.
Gordin lead the marketing department at 9NetAvenue, Inc.
where she worked for 3.5 years. She developed an advertising
campaign that dramatically increased her company’s expanding
customer base. By combining innovative advertising techniques
and targeting print, online and other media, Ms. Gordin
brought the company’s cost of acquisition per customer to an
all-time low. Through her management of the company's online
and print campaigns, media planning and purchasing, the
company established strong advertising relationships and
greatly increased its customer base and revenue. Ms. Gordin
worked with creative agencies to develop the creative approach
for upcoming print campaigns, and coordinated all related
activities. She was also responsible for the production of
9NetAvenue's corporate Web site, which included developing new
product areas and maintaining a consistent overall look and
feel. She managed a yearly marketing budget of $3,000,000.
Since 9NetAve’s acquisition by Concentric Networks, now XO
Communications, Ms. Gordin was responsible for maintaining
creative relationships with the company's marketing partners,
which included Register.com, Staples, Trellix and other major
players in today's Internet market.
